We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would definitely stay again in the future. It was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. We found the air conditioning not particularly effective as the room was quite hot and we couldn't open the windows as they were locked.

I would say I don't would go back to this hotel for the reasons explained.
Also I use the hotel for only one of the two nights I originally requested due to an accident my wife had. When I called the hotel asking if I can postpone my arrival for one day , it was rejected by the reservations office.

Very nice/ modern and clean room! It is relatively close to the city centre, at walking distance. At breakfast you can admire the castle from the window. There is access to shopping mall from the hotel. If we come back to Salzburg, we will likely choose the same accomodation!

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, In den Bädern sollte eine Möglichkeit zum trocknen bzw. aufhängen der Handtücher geschaffen werden. Keine Handtuchhaken an den Handtüchern. Lüftungsanlage war viel zu laut.
