It is a pity that your expectations of our room cleaning were not fully met and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that the lack of hygiene does not correspond to our high level and the standards we set ourselves and that we will immediately discuss your points of criticism, which we take very seriously, with our housekeeping manager. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to be your host to improve your impression of cleanliness. Also we are sorry, that you did not like the location from the Hotel. We can not change anything here, but maybe the Hyperion Hotel Salzburg is a better choice for your purposes. Its near the old town.
