We had a positive experience and would recommend it to others. There were a few things we weren’t happy with: We stayed 2 nights and after the first night our coffee, water, etc weren’t restocked. We didn’t care if the towels were changed but no attention was given to taking the trash out or replenishing the supplies. Also, there was very little warm water for showers - the water was only tepid so the shower wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Had a very pleasant stay at H+Hotel. We wanted to be close to the main train station and were able to walk easily to the river and old town sights. We appreciated having the mall next door with supermarket and fast food and pharmacy.

Not too happy with the go green voucher of $5. Could only be used by per person and need to have minimum spend of $5. So even though there are drinks worth less than $5, you cannot use that voucher. Basically you need to pay extra for using the voucher which is not attractive for us at all.
