Den allgemeinen Eindruck möchte ich als sehr gut beschreiben, allerdings ein grosses Manko beanstanden: Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer! Für ein Viersternehotel schien mir dies schier unglaublich, erst recht bei Temperaturen um 32 Grad am letzten Wochenende in Salzburg. Ich bezweifle, dass mit Zimmern ohne Kühlschrank bei der Hotelklassifizierung der vierte Stern rechtens ist.

Terrible. The worst experience in a long, long while. What a disaster. Fire the GM at once and make sure you position a hospitable GM in the H+ Hotel Salzburg. When you are notvable to sleep throughout the night, because of a malfunctioning airco, then you won't charge your guest for your failure. Your GM has the nerves to charge 50%, because he claims "you used our services". What services? All he has to do is provide a restfull sleeping accommodation. When that fails, the hotel fails.

The room and staff were very good but breakfast was strange. The coffee was cold and the fruit salad tasted most peculiar so much so that both myself and my wife left ours. Good choice of milk alternatives were available.
