The price/value ratio was very good. The room was cosy, warm and clean. The location of the hotel is very near and easily accessible to the city center and all the attractions. The staff very friendly, respectful and willing to help and provide comfort. We had the breakfast included and sincerely it was delicious and various. We we'll consider booking from the same hotel chain in the future destinations.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Tolle Lage, nicht weit weg von der S-/U-Bahn. Äußerst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal (besonders die nette, sympathische und hilfsbereite Dame am Empfang). Falls wir mal wieder in Wien sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall in dieses Hotel zurückkommen.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Nur die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war mäßig: Müll und Staub lag zwischen dem Kopfteil des Bettes und dem Fenster und der Boden im Bad war verschmutzt.
Kleines Zimmer, aber für den Zweck völlig ausreichend.
