Allgemein ein sehr guter Eindruck bis auf die störenden Punkte im Bereich Sauberkeit. Ein weiterer äußerst unangenehmer Punkt wurde bei der Abreise an der Rezeption deponiert: Um ca. 22.00 Uhr wurde ich durch Klopfzeichen und nachfolgender Öffnung der Zimmertüre von außen (durch hoffentlich einem Mitarbeiter und keinem Einbrecher) aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Als diese / der bemerkte(n), das im Zimmer jemand ist wurde die Türe umgehend geschlossen (konnte leider nicht erkennen wer die Personen waren bzw. diese zur Rede zu stellen)

We did enquire about a bigger room as we were staying for 4 nights & the rooms are just too small for that amount of time. Once we moved to the other side of the building away from the A/C compressor & the constant trucks doing deliveries all night it was much quieter. The staff were more than helpful in arranging this move & also gave us a complimentary breakfast on 2 mornings. We struggled trying to get the safe working only to be told it needed new batteries which were provided & then no more trouble. This was room 413. I suggest this should be checked regularly as the safe was the same in our first room. 512

hotel je moderní a velmi dobře udržovaný, moc pěkné wellness. Bohužel v pokojích, které mají okna směrem k nádraží se nedá nechat otevřené okno - je velký hluk. A když se zavře okno, klimatizace je velmi slabá. Také jsme měli velmi špatnou wifi.

We could have totally enjoyed our stay and given an even higher rating if air conditioning and a refrigerator was provided. Moreover, notwithstanding our prepayment, an additional payment of 24.8 has been charged with my credit card afterwards. Also, no receipt, printed or electronic, has been issued for any of our payments.
