Uncomfortable. One of the check in employees made very uncomfortable comments about how they knew my room number, it was very weird. I also got locked in the stairwell and only was let out after I knocked on the door for 20 minutes at night. When I told the staff they might want to put up some clear signage not to enter the stairwell (which was open), the guy who I believe was the hotel manager told me the sign was obvious enough. Clearly not! I ran into someone else who also got stuck in the stairwell, this was quite scary.

Great - would be excellent value for money if AC working properly.

The hotel violates the rights of its guests by closing the air conditioning on a daily basis from 12 midnight to the morning without giving reasons or warning. When asking for help, they tell you that they cannot help. This is something surprising that I have not seen in any hotel in the world.
