This is a nice place to stay, for business trip of short duration, up to 2-3 months.
The location is really great, because we have the U3 just by the door and bus X35, X36 and 50. The Olympiapark fort running is great. There's the OEZ just 1 train stop, or bus away with supermarkets.
The problems are related to the room. 2 Things are really anoying. First, the ventilation in the WC works 24h a day and we cannot switch it off. During the night, sometimes is hard to fall a sleep. The other problem are the blinds, because in the winter they just open by themselfs and we can't close. I don't like to have any light in my room. Even the blackouts, are not that great.

Auf den Webseitenfotos sahen die Zimmer gemütlicher aus - aber das Bild oder der Teppich war in meinem Appartment nicht zu sehen. So war es eine karge, ungemütliche Zelle mit abwischbarem Boden. Alles andere war aber sehr gut. Frühstück - als zubuchbare Leistung - war sehr gut. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war fein.

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Größe völlig ausreichend. Die Ausstattung reichte für eine Person aus. Die angepriesene "ruhige" Seitenstraße, entpuppte sich als laute viel befahrene Straße. Ab drei Uhr morgens kamen LKWs, die Wäsche abgeholt/gebracht oder andere Lieferung in das Haus manövriert haben. Was mit einer gehörigen Lautstärke einher ging. Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich hörbar. Das wurde nur noch vom inneren Geräuschpegel im Zimmer getoppt... Die Badlüftung ging dauerhaft und der Kühlschrank hatte auch einiges zu erzählen. Schlafen war nur mit Oropax möglich. Schade, denn die Lage ist super. Der Olympiapark ist sehenswert und die U Bahn direkt vor der Tür.

Facility and accommodation is calm, peacefull, clean and just perfect. But the reception lady......I stayed 2 nights but there was a pair(1 big and 1 small) of towels only. And there was no hair dryer. So iasked for one more pair of towles but She said that the cleaning is not included....what??? I was not asking for cleaning, that's fine. But I am staying 2 night and then hotel should provide 2 pairs of towels for shower in the evening and simple wash in the morning. I habe never seen a kind of hotel or apartment which provide only a pair of towel for 2 nights?!
And also, She told me that she is going to send someone with Hair drier. But at the End, No one came with Hair drier.
