Overall experience was great! Very central location to things in both Buda and Pest, right next to the Basilika. The mirror reflecting the bathroom/shower area makes it a bit awkward for friends sharing a hotel space. The room was SO HOT, even at the lowest setting so we had to open the window which then allowed all of the street noise in. Room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Beds were a little too firm and pillows completely deflated when you rest your head on them.

I had a lovely stay at your hotel. The one area which could be improved is the opening times and selection available at the bistro. The food quality was very hit and miss... Pizzas were good, salads were terrible, everything else food wise in the bistro was just ok.

Our stay in H2 Hotel Budapest was really nice. Hotel has a great position in city center, really close to amazing St. Istvan Basilica and many restaurants. Good was also parking place in hotel. Due to reconstruction of the road around the hotel it was a bit difficult for us to find it. I would suggest to improve breakfast selection. Also add some option for people with intolerance (lactose or gluten). Room was nice and cosy but needed a bit renovation of bath corner and also the plaster was peeling off the wall in our room. Our overall experience was good because of great position and we would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Neu renoviertes Hotel, die Ausstattung (Betten, Böden, Bad und WC) alles neu, sehr positiv auch, kein abgestandener Geruch im Zimmer, wie in vielen anderen Hotels, Lift beim Hochfahren kann nur mit Schlüsselkarte benutzt werden, was ich bezüglich Sicherheit sehr positiv finde. Allgemein kann aber gesagt werden, von allem etwas zu wenig, was einen rundum zufriedenen Aufenthalt ausmachen würde. Nur ein paar Beispiele: kein Mistkübel im WC (besonders als Frau aber notwendig), Zimmer viel zu warm; beim Frühstückbufett keine Aufstriche, nur 1 Sorte Kuchen, allgemein etwas zu wenig Auswahl von allem; beim Bistro am Abend jeweils nur 1 Person für gesamtem Bereich plus Check-in für ankommende Gäste zuständig (Bitte hier, wenn möglich eine 2. Person einstellen). Beim Auschecken erst nach Verlangen eine Rechnung ausgestellt bekommen, sollte automatisch erfolgen; Allgemein, als Verbesserungsvorschlag und was nichts kosten würde: die Freundlichkeit vom Personal in der Lobby könnte man noch verbessern, da man zb nicht automatisch begrüßt wird, wenn man vorbeigeht, sondern teilweise nur, wenn man selbst vorher freundlich grüßt. Als Beispiel noch hier, als ich einen Morgenspaziergang machte und zurück ins Hotel zum Zimmer ging, wurde ich vom Personal in der Lobby nur angesehen ohne Begrüßung, als ob ich nicht hier vorbei gehen dürfte. Abschließend: Bitte das Personal in Sachen Begrüßung von Hotelgästen nachschulen. Ich, und sicher auch andere Gäste sollten nicht ungegrüßt ernst angesehen werden, wenn sie in ihr Zimmer gehen wollen. Kenne das von anderen Hotels nicht und würde bis jetzt immer freundlich vom Personal gegrüßt. Alles im allen ein sehr sauberes Hotel und empfehlenswert. 👍🙂
