I found the Bistro experience to be quite lacking. I was not able to get items on the menu, which is very limited to begin with.
The rooms need refrigerators, even small ones.

Sehr gut für Kurzurlaub. Frühstück, speziell die Eier waren mäßig. Das Rührei ist zu trocken und die weichen Eier kalt und hart.
Aber gutes Brot und Wurst / Käse.
Leider gab es keine kleinen Löffeln, weil die ständig gewaschen wurden.
Auch hatten wir zwei Tage keine richtig funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Wir kommen aber dennoch wieder😂

I got room with 4 beds instead of the normal one, the view was poor. But, manager enable me additional discount and excused himself, explaining that this situation appeared due to high number of guests in the city and , therefore, hotel is fully booked.

The room was modern and looked new. But the shower had black mold. Also, the air conditioning was on full when I first got in the room. I had to turn off the a/c and open the window. It took several hours for the temperature to be comfortable for me. You should keep the room at room temperature and allow guests to make it colder if needed.
