Vistelsen var okej. Det var dock för varmt på rummet, vi var 4 personer i ett rum. Vi sade till i receptionen men det blev ingen förbättring. Sängarna var väldigt hårda.

Tutto molto bello e conforme alle aspettative. Alexandra kiss della reception è stata gentilissima è super disponibile. Aggiungerei però più persone per evitare che si creino attese durante check-in e check out. Per quanto riguarda la camera, stupenda ma un po’ troppo fredda.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen kann. Das einzige, was es zu bemängeln gibt, ist der fehlende Service beim Frühstück. Das Geschirr sollte selbst abgeräumt werden, was nur teilweise passierte. Die Tische wurden jedoch nicht vom Personal abgeputzt. Und auch Salz-, Pfeffer- und Zuckerstreuer waren ziemlich unappetitlich, da sehr verschmutzt. Wahrscheinlich herrscht auch hier Personalmangel, jedoch müsste an dieser Stelle etwas unternommen werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön.

The breakfast was poor - The scrambled egg cold, Sausages cold, watery juice - Could there not be a chef doing omelettes or fried eggs ? Bread was fresh and good quality - a variety of pastries would have been nice - we had only croissants every day - nice but repetitive after a few days
