Recensione: H2 Hotel Budapest

recently stayed at H2 Hotel Budapest for 5 nights and had a mixed experience. While the hotel excelled in several areas, there were significant issues that ultimately left me disappointed. **Negatives:** 1. **Sleeping Experience:** Despite having never experienced back pain or complained about bed quality in hotels before, my sleeping experience here was terrible. I woke up every night after just three hours of sleep with severe back pain. Even after requesting a mattress change, the situation did not improve. This significantly affected my overall comfort and rest during the trip. 2. **Security Issue:** On the last day of my stay, I returned to find that housekeeping had left my room door wide open for several hours after cleaning. All my belongings were left unprotected. When I reported this to the reception, they assured me they would look into it but didn't even ask for my room number, indicating a lack of genuine concern for the issue. **Positives:** 1. **Cleanliness:** The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The room and common areas were spotless, which I greatly appreciated. 2. **Location:** The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Budapest, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. 3. **Breakfast:** The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, providing a great start to each day. The quality and freshness of the food were commendable. While H2 Hotel Budapest has its strengths, the poor sleeping experience and the security lapse significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the overall guest experience.

Not friendly staff. Wanted money for early check in eve though room was ready. Room dirty in all corner and in bathroom. Breakfast ordinary and boring. Only positive to say was great location

Nice, modern hotel in an amazing location - close to everything (within walking distance)! A nice and clean room with drinkable tap water - which is very convenient. Nice breakfast with great coffee and nice staff. I missed a safe in the room. The shower inside the room is a bit challenging if you are not travelling with your partner, but we managed. still worth the nice stay

Very good location and nice service from reception staff. Overall a good experience, but as described some amenities, a safety box and a minibar would have been Nice.

Hotel muy bien situado, limpio y staff muy amable. La habitación un poco pequeña y el desayuno mejorable, quizá porqué en España estoy acostumbrado a otro tipo de buffets

Posizione fantastica, comodo il garage anche se il posto per la moto costa come quello di un’auto. Servizi adeguati anche se su Secret Escape viene reclamizzato come un 4 stelle mentre l’insegna dice 3 stelle.

Gostei muito do Hotel. No entanto, sugeria que colocassem uma chaleira no quarto ao dispor dos hóspedes e que colocassem também um pequeno frigobar para tornar a nossa experiência ainda melhor.

Buena ubicación y un buen desayuno. Únicamente mejoraría las almohadas de las habitaciones eran muy finas.
