We would like to let you know that our aircon is not broken but actually also is a heater throughout the cold season and we kindly ask for your understanding that during this time it doesn't fully cool down the temperature in the rooms like in the summer. Please be informed that you always have the possibility to ask our colleagues for unlocking your window to fully open it as it generally can only be left ajar due to safety reason.
