Čistý ,nový,moderný hotel v centre mesta. Skvelá poloha.
Parkovanie možné v podzemnej garáži ale za 25,- na deň-mohlo byť pre hostí aj lacnejšie.
Na izbe nie je chladnička(zišla by sa) a Loby aj keď má písané otvorenie-24/7 o 23h už mali zavreté-takže vodu na izbu si treba kupiť inde.

L'H2Hotel di Budapest è situato in una posizine strategica e centrale della città, dal quale è possibile raggiungere molto facilmente qualsiasi punto delle maggiori attrazioni turistiche.
La camera è moderna, spaziosa e comoda, un eccellente pulizia viene eseguita ogni giorno, il personale dell'accoglienza è estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta.
La colazione a buffet è ottima, ed il personale addetto è molto gentile, cortese e disponibile per ogni tipo di esigenza, e le ragazze addette riforniscono continuamente. Ringraziamo particolarmente Christian per la sua disponibilità e tutto lo staff che hanno contribuito a rendere indimenticabile questa nostra vacanza a Budapest.

Clean hotel in a very central location in Budapest. Room was nice but the new pillow we had for our last night was so flat that I woke up with neck pain. Not nice. Lots of choices for breakfast. Staff ok but none of them was really smiley (except the last one we talked to during checkout)...

Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. However, there are some essential aspects that significantly impacted my overall impression. Your staff - at least those we interacted with at the reception - did not seem particularly service-minded. It felt like they were in a hurry to get us processed so they could move on. There was a lack of information, and at check-out, there was no "Thank you for your visit, we hope you enjoyed your stay" or anything of the sort. Additionally, there was a lot of "noise" in the room - for example, the toilet flush was so extremely loud that it woke us up if one of us got up to use the bathroom at night. Furthermore, both the toilet and the shower cabin were very noisy. There was also a clicking/buzzing sound at night - possibly from the A/C. I know, the last part might seem a bit silly, but it had a significant impact on the experience
