Overall a good stay. Apart from one lady at the front desk the staff were friendly. I did arrive early and check in was not until 3pm which was fine. The guy at reception was lovely. I was working so sat at reception, 30 minutes before check in I asked if the room was ready which it was but the lady abruptly asked if I had a reservation and came across as quite rude but would have been nice to have been told the room was ready instead of having me sitting there for hours

It was a pleasent stay, the room was modern, clean and cosy. The only thing that bothered me was that in the room it was a switch to turn on the floor heating, but for our room it did not work.
The breakfast was great and the staff were helpfull and nice !
