I would love my stay more only if the trams were a bit more quiet, but that is not an issue you can influence, I believe. I don't mind them as that is a price for staying in the city center I am willing to pay :)
Otherwise the room was really nice and clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. I had some troubles with opening bathroom doors because of the auto-close mechanism (a bit difficult to overpower, my 4yo kid did not manage to open them by themselves at all).
Breakfast was really good, I liked it very much. And there are not many hotels where I met friendlier and more helpful staff.
