The room was very expensive because the price had been raised for the marathon weekend. The room this weekend is €100 cheaper. The room was also tiny,hot,airless and noisy. The lifts also didn’t work. We should get money back.

We are sorry that the air con in your room didn't work. However we reacted immediately and contacted our responsible company. Unfortunately it was a serious defect which could not be fixed right away. Furthermore we regret that the street noises also affected your well-being but due to our very central location it is hard to completely prevent the traffic sound. Next time just give us a short note in advance that you prefer a quiet room facing the inner courtyard and depending on our availability we will be pleased to fulfill your request. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to be your host as we would like to prove our common great conveniences and service features.
