Thank you for reviewing your experiences gained at our H+ Hotel. Good to know that you appreciated our tasty breakfast just as much as our kind team and great central location. On the other hand we regret that you were not happy with your wheelchair accessible room although it has the same standard as our comfort rooms and is even bigger. As a matter of course these rooms are primarily given to our handicapped guests but depending on our availability we do make exceptions as well. However we respect your opinion and kindly ask you to give us a short note in advance next time that you prefer our comfort category. Your notes regarding the cleanliness in your bathroom have already been forwarded to our colleagues in charge and we apologize for the inconveniences. Hopefully we will meet again someday for a more enjoyable time.

Overall experience was very good and staff were very friendly but on checking out we had forgotten that we had requested a quiet room at a cost of 5 Euros per night and we were not charged when we checked in. The receptionist was adamant that he had mentioned this but we were adamant that he had not. In the end we did not have to pay. I emailed the hotel on arriving home having checked previous correspondence, apologised for the oversight and offered to pay the outstanding amount. Management kindly decided that this was not necessary.
