vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Frühstückserlebnis an Ihrem zweiten Tag nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem fehlenden Geschirr und der unzureichenden Abräumung der Tische und nehmen Ihre Hinweise sehr ernst. Wir werden dies mit unserem Team besprechen, um solche Situationen in Zukunft zu vermeiden.
