Thank you for your recent stay with us. Regarding to your 80% rating we are glad that you overall enjoyed a pleasant time at our H+ Hotel and appreciated our conveniences. Actually our aircon only works properly during the summer time. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 22 degrees it is supposed to be used as a heater. However we would be happy to help out unlocking your window for fresh air as for safety reasons it can only be left adjar. We kindly ask for your understanding and hopefully we will meet again someday for a more enjoyable time.

It actually isn’t classified at all but if it was it would have 3* superior. If you prefer a higher class hotel why don't you book our Hyperion Hotel next time you come to Berlin.
