Valoraciones: H2 Hotel Budapest

This hotel is really well located and all in all a satisfactory choice for our family, even though the family room was more hostel like style with very difficult ladders and a toilet room without possibility to deposit a handkerchief - were we expected to go to the other bathroom with wet hands??. However: First impression was: Waiting 45min from entering the hotel until getting to our rooms. There was a queue of 10 people and only 1 receptionist, apparently unable to get a second one. People in front of me were complaining about rooms not being tiedied up for two days or ordering food that took much longer than confirmed - and none of them was offered compensation which I think was really shabby. Lift was always crowded and you had to wait several minutes. You needed a card for the lift - we had two for four people... Surprised to see a sign in the lift indicating that you had to expect waiting times for breakfast. Breakfast: Too few service people: Took half an hour until someone came to get the second coffee machine working. Tables were not tiedied up wet. Service people and receptionists were friendly and they cannot be blamed for the hotel faults - the management should just hire more people.

Un soggiorno da consigliare.... Esperienza ottima.... L'unica mancanza un frigo bar in camera..... Per tutto il resto 100% perfetto!!!!

Hotel pulito camere confortevoli e matetassi comodi forse qualche cassetto nella camera servirebbe. Comodissimo per visitare la città. Solo qualche dolce in più per la colazione, agli italiani piacciono le torte

Alles prima, Frühstück etwas chaotisch Gäste nehmen sehr viel Speisen mit, das sollte besser überwacht werden Ansonsten gerne wieder

Összeségében nagyon jó szálloda, csak a hűtő hiányzott a szobából.

It was great. I was also in H2 Hotel Krk and I can say that the experience can't be better. For my next city trip I will look also for a H2-Hotel branch. In Budapest and Krk, the location was great, price great and services also great.

We could not be more pleased. We used the hotel for one night before joining a Danube River cruise in Budapest. Everything was excellent, from room, cleanliness and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. Location was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending H2 Hotel Budapest.
