Really lovely hotel, let down by what tasted like last weeks fruit salad, sulphur eggs , no toast machine , at breakfast. The girl at checkout was really very helpful & pleasant, the guys at check-in were blaise and uninterested in providing a level of service! Superior room was very nice and lovely area for eating , chilling & relaxing 😎

La pulizia della camera all'arrivo era Buona, ma durante il soggiorno è stato eseguito solo svuotamento cestini, cambio asciugamani sporchi e sistemazione letto, niente pulizia a terra o bagno. La camera disponeva di un bel sistema di controllo luci dal letto. Peccato che funzionasse solo da un lato, l'altro era rotto. Come evidenziato da molti clienti, la colazione non presenta una sezione dolce adeguata (solo piccoli cornetti molto oleosi, marmellata e miele), sarebbero stati graditi almeno muffin o biscotti. Veramente ottimo il cappuccino, un po' meno le bevande liofilizzate (arancia, pompelmo). Ottimo il servizio per il check out (orario e deposito bagaglio). Ottima l'insonorizzazione delle finestre, che annullava i rumori della strada.

Die Lichtsensoren bei den Betten sind störend, weil in der Nacht das Licht angeht. Wir haben bei der Ankunft die Koffer im Gepäckraum gelassen und als wir einchecken wollten war die Tür elektronisch verschlossen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war überfordert und unfreundlich, das sollte nicht sein. Wir haben Verständnis, aber sie sollte einen angemessenen Ton anschlagen
