A very nice central hotel. Its location was excellent and it was very good value. A couple of tge receptionists were very slow but most of them were very helpful and efficient. The room was nice and was cleaned daily, replacement towels needed to be asked for also we had to ask for extra pillows.

Het verbaasde mij dat je 19 euro moest betalen als je eerder incheckte dan dat je had voorspelt. De vraag hoelaat je kwam inchecken was namelijk later dan de prijsvorming, dus kan dit niet kostenverhogend weken.

Wonderful hotel PLUS position Nice, modern and clean room CONS Breakfast, good in variety but dirty table and table cutlery ... Bistro inexistent service the guys were constantly at the phone or at the laptop sitting at the table, no variety of food and drinks.

Modern, clean and welcoming. Location is exellent and close to areas of interest. My only concern was the room having 4 bunkbeds. Also, there was no views except a large wall.

I did not like that everything was on a phone link. The a c was impossible to work. no written instructions. it was so cold I got sick because I couldn't shut it off. no phone in room so couldn't contact front desk. no night tables no drawers in room. need to be an engineer to use technoligy.

Das Brot/Gebäck und Marmelade war um 9:30 Uhr vergriffen ... wurde zwar aufgefüllt, hat aber einige Zeit gedauert. Auch waren die Gläser und Tassen nicht für den Andrang von Gästen in Ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Kaffeeautomaten waren verschmutzt (natürlich von den Gästen), diese sollten jedoch m. E. auch während der Frühstückszeit in einen sauberem Zustand gehalten werden.

Sans plus . Pour moi il est incompréhensible qu‘ on offre la chambre comme étant disponible avant 15:00 heures uniquement moyennant un paiement. Soit la chambre est prête et disponible ou elle ne l‘est pas. Buffet pas très alléchant. En arrivant à 8:45 heures, il n‘y avait pas d’œufs brouillés et 9:45 heures il n‘y en avait toujours pas. C’était le cas 1 jour.

Recepção deficiente qdo ha reclamacoes, simulam nao entender. Quando estavamos no quarto recebemos,, com surpresa, a invasao de 3 pessoas, ou seja, novos hospedes. A recepcao deu a eles o mesmo codigo do nosso apto, que estava ocupado por nos. Ao reclamar o problema pela seguranca de nosso quarto, naturalmente trocaram nosso codigo, sem explicações, apesar de mencionarmos nossa preocupação

The room was lacking in several ways. No bedside table so I keep my glasses and phone on the bare floor. Lacking electric plugs for recharging by the bed. Only a curtain between the room and bath/sink so my wife wakes me up when washing her hands. Maybe survey guests to see what they like in a room.

Overall experience was okey. Was disappointed by the room a bit, there was no refrigerator/minibar, or a safe, so we could not cool our water or other drinks that we bought. It would have been really good since it was really warm outside. We could not buy water or other beverages either in their shop because it was closed during the day.
